# Nurche > Nurche runs live, small-group life skills classes for children aged 3–12. Children practise Thinking, Expression and Participation (STEP) in activity-based classes: a maximum of 5 children per batch, 4 live classes every week, online, with a free demo class to start. Nurche also offers free life-skills guides for parents, free workshops and courses for parents and teachers, and training for teachers. Nurche's core belief: life skills are learned by practising them, not by hearing about them. In each class a teacher gives children a challenge or real-life situation to explore, then children make choices, explain their thinking, solve problems and listen to each other, and later apply the skill in a new situation. Teachers observe how each child thinks, expresses and participates, and progress is described as growth, not comparison. Nurche is not a school, a tuition program or an English-language program. It complements regular education. Plans and prices are on the pricing page; the full set of facts in one file is [llms-full.txt](https://www.nurche.com/llms-full.txt). ## Live classes for children (ages 3–12) - [Nurche: Live Life Skills Classes for Kids Ages 3–12](https://www.nurche.com/): What Nurche is, what the classes are and how to book a free demo. - [What is Nurche STEP?](https://www.nurche.com/program/step): STEP is Nurche's primary program: live, activity-based small-group classes that help children think independently, express confidently and participate actively. - [Nurche Curriculum: 8 Learning Journeys](https://www.nurche.com/program/curriculum): The eight life-skills learning journeys, what changes by age (3–4, 5–6, 7–8, 9–12) and how progress is observed. - [Live Online Classes for Kids Ages 3–12](https://www.nurche.com/program/classes): What happens inside a Nurche class. - [Pricing](https://www.nurche.com/pricing): Small group and personal 1:1 class plans, activity access, and parent and teacher training, with prices. - [Book a Free Demo Class](https://www.nurche.com/book-demo): A free 30-minute live demo for children aged 3–12; no payment required. ## For parents and teachers - [Life Skills for Children Ages 3–12: Free Parent Course](https://www.nurche.com/life-skills): A free, story-led guide for parents and teachers to Nurche’s eight life-skills learning journeys for children aged 3–12, with 24 short lessons and things to try at home.
